My flat is let and managed through James Hayes. Ben goes above and beyond, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He oversaw a renovation of the flat, not only was he incredibly helpful, he provided great guidance and suggestions. He quickly turned around re letting the flat, ensuring I was compliant with all regulations. He is incredibly professional and responsive. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Ben and Inga couldn't have been more helpful or more prompt in dealing with our search for a rental. The experience of working with them was first class and after 4months of struggling to find a property, we had an offer accepted on the first day of meeting them.
