In addition to change of management company, I had a new freeholder who did extensive freeholder renovations followed by a complete inside rennovation inside my property that I did with almost everything upgraded. Ben and Inga project managed the three big changeovers, on a different time zone, with remote owner and trades to pay. The entire project was so professionally managed, transparent communication and attention to detail like I have never seen. Lastly they found me the best new tenants. Everyone is happy all round.
