Ben at James Hayes helped me sell my flat recently. The whole process was pushed through very quickly thanks to Ben's tenacity, responsiveness and professionalism. I've worked with a few estate agents previously and James Hayes was by far the best. Their client service is fantastic and they went above and beyond an estate agent's remit to help me secure the sale. Ben and Inga couldn't have been more helpful or more prompt in dealing with our search for a rental. The experience of working with them was first class and after 4months of struggling to find a property, we had an offer accepted on the first day of meeting them.
