What a fantastic, kind and hard working team! Ben and Inga are absolute pleasure to deal with. We were exiting our tenancy and they were extremely helpful with us moving out and getting our deposit back.
I am sure that all the tenants in properties managed by James Hayes are in good hands.
I wish your team all the success and hope to contact you in the future again for hopefully buying a property and moving back in W12.

Ben and Inga couldn't have been more helpful or more prompt in dealing with our search for a rental. The experience of working with them was first class and after 4months of struggling to find a property, we had an offer accepted on the first day of meeting them.
