As the Owner and Managing Director of James Hayes, Ben founded the company after taking over a local independent estate agency in Ravenscourt Park. Having worked in residential property since 2014, Ben brings a wealth of experience across both sales and lettings. Before launching James Hayes, he served as an Area Manager for a well-known corporate London agency, honing his expertise in the capital's fast-paced property market.
Since its inception, James Hayes has gone from strength to strength, completing the acquisition of another successful lettings agency in Barnes, SW13, in 2024 - enabling the business to operate seamlessly across both areas. Under Ben's leadership, the firm has become a trusted name in the community, with a reputation for exceptional service and deep local knowledge. This commitment has been recognised with W12's British Property Award for Estate Agent of the Year - three years in a row.
Originally from Manchester, Ben has made West London his home. He's deeply connected to the local area and its community, both professionally and personally. Outside of work, he enjoys playing padel at Rocks Lane and catching up with friends over a drink at the Anglesey Arms.
